ILOILO City – A decomposing body of a man was fished out of a river in Barangay Caingin, La Paz district yesterday around 6:45 a.m.
The still-unidentified male was only wearing a pair of green shorts when residents found him.
As this was being written, police have yet to establish if the man had been murdered or got drowned./PN
