BACOLOD City – Facing rape charges, a laborer was arrested in Barangay Dulao, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Jayrald Duca, 31, was a resident of Barangay San Isidro, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
Police caught him around 2 p.m. on July 7.
Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 40 (Silay City, Negros Occidental) ordered his arrest on May 17, 2021.
The suspect was detained at the E.B. Magalona police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
