BACOLOD City – After nine years of hiding, a murder suspect was finally arrested in Barangay Magsaysay, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Forty-three-year-old Arnold Fernandez was a resident of the village.
Policemen apprehended him on July 7.
The court has denied bail for the temporary liberty of the suspect who was detained at the police station./PN
