BACOLOD City – No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of a man arrested in Barangay Cambugsa, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.
Charged with two counts of murder, 38-year-old Richard Dela Cruz of Barangay Canroma, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental was taken to the police station around 8:45 p.m. on Aug. 10.
