ILOILO City – A senior citizen charged with murder in 2008 was finally arrested on Tuesday.
Rex Labtic, 61, of Barangay Poblacion, Dueñas, Iloilo was the No. 1 wanted man in the town, police said.
He reportedly shot an enemy of his son and hid in Manila.
Police received information that the suspect was going home. They fetched him at the Caticlan port Malay, Aklan.
Labtic was taken to the Dueñas police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
