ILOILO City – A 17-year-old boy crashed his motorcycle to a tree in Barangay Bancal, Carles, Iloilo yesterday.
The victim, only identified as “John Paul”, died of severe head injuries in the municipal health unit.
The minor was homebound around 3 a.m./PN
