ILOILO City – A man with a pending arrest warrant for frustrated murder turned himself in to the police station of Badiangan, Iloilo.
Nestor Adorador, 45, of the town’s Barangay Tamocol went to the police station around 8:45 a.m. on Nov. 26.
He said he learned that an arrest warrant had been issued against him so he took it upon himself to voluntarily surrender./PN
