ILOILO City – A dead man was found floating in a beach resort in Barangay Camangay, Leganes, Iloilo yesterday.
Police identified him as Rodrigo Hortillo, 38, of Barangay M.H. Del Pilar, Jaro district.
Resort guests spotted the body around 1:25 p.m.
Police believed the victim had been drinking prior his drowning./PN
