BACOLOD City – A charge for illegal possession of firearms and ammunition – a violation of Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act – is being prepared against a 66-year-old man from Barangay Daga, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Dennis Irisari was taken to the Cadiz City police station following his arrest at about 10 p.m. on Jan.27.
According to the police, they responded to a call alleging that the suspect fired a gun several times.
Irisari was observed drunk when the cops came over, a police blotter stated.
