BACOLOD City – Mayor Evelio Leonardia designated former Department of Transportation (DOTr) undersecretary Francis Anthony Juen as officer-in-charge (OIC) of the Bacolod Traffic Authority Office (BTAO) vice Police Major Ruel Culanag.
Culanag was reassigned to the Iloilo City Police Office from the Bacolod City Police Office.
Juen will exercise both ministerial and discretionary functions as BTAO chief as provided in City Ordinance No. 230, series of 1999. He will be under the direct supervision of the City Mayor’s Office.
Juen served the Department of Transportation during the administration of then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo./PN
