BACOLOD City – A 106-year-old resident of Barangay Mandalagan received a cash incentive from the city government unit here.
City Ordinance (CO) No. 09-16-789 increased the cash incentive for centenarians from P10,000 to P100,000 .
Josephina Bonggo was with daughter Piopy Avenado in receiving the check on March 10.
