AKLAN – A motorcycle dealership on 19 Martyrs Street in the town of Kalibo was burglarized. The theft was discovered early yesterday morning.
A laptop and two cell phones were taken. Some documents were also scattered, indicating that the suspects rummaged through them.
In the initial police investigation, the still-unidentified theft suspect(s) destroyed the roof of the shop to enter.
According to a worker at the said establishment, a resident nearby saw a man on the top of the roof around 1 a.m.
It is also believed that more than one person was involved in the robbery.
At the moment, further investigation is ongoing as the police secure footage of closed-circuit television cameras to identify the suspect/s./PN
