JANELLA Salvador seems she’s no longer affected by those insisting she is the alleged third party in the breakup of her “Open Endings” co-star Klea Pineda and her ex-girlfriend Katrice Kierulf, as the actress stressed that both parties have already denied this.

Salvador was once asked about the third-party allegations during an interview with TV host Bianca Gonzalez on the latter’s “The B Side” online show last Saturday, Sept. 13.

“What do you think of the people na pilit ka pa ring dinadawit as (keep on tagging you as) an alleged third party?” Gonzalez asked.

Salvador initially let out a laugh, prompting the TV host to say, “‘Yun na ‘yung reaction, guys.” (That’s her reaction, guys.)

“Both parties have already answered the question. So kung ‘yun pa rin iniisip niyo, so be it,” Salvador then stressed. (But if that’s what you still think, so be it.)

While both Gonzalez and Salvador did not name anyone in their remarks, it can be noted that the actress is being linked to Pineda, who earlier confirmed her breakup with Kierulf.

Salvador and Pineda have yet to disclose the status of their relationship, although they both dismissed speculations of the former’s involvement in the split.

Meanwhile, during the interview with Gonzalez, Salvador also got candid about being a frequent subject of controversy. The actress spoke about this after she was asked about “the biggest truth” she learned about herself after years of being in the showbiz industry.

“I think I learned that I’m very resilient. Kasi sa dami ng pinagdaanan ko medyo lapitin talaga ako ng controversy ano — I always, always find a way to come back even stronger,” she said. (Anne Pasajol © Philippine Daily Inquirer)
