ILOILO City – The police arrested a man charged with frustrated homicide in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Dumalag, Capiz.
Around 4:50 p.m. on Sunday, the 51-year-old Cesar Jacinto Firmalino of Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Dumalag was detained at the municipal police station.
Judge Sebastian Baguio of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court ordered the suspect’s arrest. He set the bail bond at P12,000.
It was unclear as of this writing if Firmalino was able to post bail./PN
