ILOILO City – In Barangay Tap-oc, Mandurriao district yesterday, the police recovered three sachets of shabu from a man.
Cezar Villaruz, 39, initially sold a sachet to a police poseur buyer around 12:39 a.m. He was arrested.
Cops then recovered two more sachets of shabu from him.
Villaruz was detained at the Mandurriao police station. He faces charges for illegal drug possession and peddling./PN
