ILOILO City – In Barangay Ugsod, Banga, Aklan a 35-year-old man charged with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 was arrested.
From his house, Rolly Naelgas was taken to the Banga police station on Nov. 25.
Judge Ignacio Aloja of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 18 issued the arrest warrant on Naelgas.
Banga police officers served it to the suspect around 7:30 a.m.
Naelgas went peacefully with the policemen to the municipal police station./PN
