ILOILO City – The police of Ivisan, Capiz caught a drug pushing suspect in the municipality’s Barangay Cudian.
The 32-year-old Rogie “Ogie” Ulam of Barangay Punta Tabuc, Roxas City yielded seven plastic sachets of shabu.
Ulam was caught 12:40 p.m. of Nov. 24. He was detained at the Ivisan police station.
Cops also recovered from the suspect P300 cash.
As of this writing, the police were preparing the charges against Ulam for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
