ILOILO City – In Barangay Aras-asan, Sebaste, Antique a barangay councilman was named a suspect in an attempted homicide case.
The 55-year-old Manuel Francisco was arrested on Dec. 14 and detained at the Sebasta police station.
Judge Maria Theresa Alson of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court issued the suspect’s arrest warrant. It was served around 2 p.m. Wednesday last week./PN
