ILOILO City – A senior citizen charged with reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property had been running away from the police these past 14 years.
But the luck of Roberto Nicano finally ran out yesterday. Cops cornered him in his house in Barangay Potrido, Miag-ao, Iloilo.
Around 7:30 a.m., Nicano was taken to the Miag-ao police station. The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Ernesto Mediola of the Municipal Trial Court./PN
