ILOILO City – A 37-year-old laborer was arrested Friday in his house in Barangay Bagumbayan, Pandan, Antique.
Samuel Alegre was arrested by the police at 7 p.m. through an arrest warrant issued by Judge Maria Teresa Aldon of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) for the crime of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide. /PN
