ILOILO City – A 19-year-old man was shot during a Miss Gay program in Roxas City on Thursday.
Jason Riban of Barangay Baybay was confined at the Roxas City District Hospital after he was shot in the neck by the suspect identified as Bryan Billones, 30, of the same barangay.
The incident happened at around 9:50 p.m. while the victim was inside the barangay’s dance hall watching the pageant. /PN
