ILOILO City – The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) will open another Negosyo Center on Nov. 15 in Conception, making it the sixth Negosyo Center in the Iloilo province and the 22nd in Western Visayas.
The center aims to make government services closer and more convenient to the people especially to the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
The center will make it easier and faster for entrepreneurs to start and register their businesses at the local level since the facilities are linked to a government project integrating all services of agencies involved in business registration or the Philippine Business Registry System.
Negosyo Centers also provide other services to MSMEs such as technology transfer, production and management training programs, as well as marketing assistance. (With a report from DTI/PN)
