BACOLOD City – A 33-year-old man wanted for qualified theft was arrested.
The warrant of arrest against Joey Besa of Barangay 6, Victorias City, Negros Occidental was issued on Sept. 8, 2012 yet.
Victorias City police officers caught Basa on Monday in Barangay 4.
The suspect was detained in the Victorias police station’s lockup cell.
Regional Trial Court Branch 49 Judge Manuel Cardinal Jr. Issued the warrant and recommended a P40,000 bail./PN
