ALVIN Aragon continued his tirades against the LGBTQIA+ community as he called on the management of GMA Network to cancel the talk show of Boy Abunda.
Aragon made the call through his Facebook page on Monday, March 23, addressing GMA Network executive Annette Gozon-Valdes.
While Aragon did not immediately name Abunda and his show “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” the actor referred to the veteran TV host’s moniker “King of Talk.”
“Maam Annette, ang King of talk ang dapat inaalisan ng show at ang writer ng show. Kasi he uses, they [use] this platform to [encourage] and [influence] Filipino people especially Filipino parents,” he argued. “Gusto nila palabasin na okay lang, na walang masama ang maging bakla, maging tomboy, maging trans at maging queer.”
“Maam Annette, alam natin na kasalanan yan sa mata ng King of kings natin. Stop propagating sin of homosexuality because it is against the Lord Jesus,” he added.
In a separate post, Aragon further criticized the LGBTQIA+ community, saying, “You are the real zombies because you want real men and real [women] to be like you.”
Abunda, who previously called out Aragon for “crossing the line” with his controversial remarks, has yet to comment on the matter as of this writing.
It can be recalled that Aragon appeared on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” in February along with his wife, former SexBomb Girls member Izzy Trazona.
Aside from the LGBTQIA+ community, Aragon also criticized the girl group for how they dress and perform. (Anne Pasajol © Philippine Daily Inquirer)
