AS ATIYAH Wellness and Spa celebrated its first anniversary in Iloilo, its founder, Miss Gie Dela Serna, happily shared the spa’s journey, the experience they offer, and their exciting plans for the future.
Atiyah Wellness and Spa’s story began 15 years ago on the picturesque island of Boracay. Miss Gie said this expansion was driven by a desire to share their unique brand of wellness and relaxation with a new community, and the decision to establish a branch in Iloilo has proven to be a resounding success.
Creating an Inviting Atmosphere
For Atiyah, the ambiance of the spa is paramount.
Its attention to details from oils, linens, towels, and beds extends to the scent of the spa, emphasizing the importance of creating an environment that allows clients to unwind from the moment they enter Atiyah.
First Impressions Matter
A first-time visit to Atiyah Wellness and Spa is designed to be memorable. It is committed to ensuring that every guest is well-taken care of from the moment they enter the spa.
“We ensure that when they leave, they are satisfied with our service,” she explained.
This dedication to cleanliness and customer satisfaction is a hallmark of Atiyah’s approach.
Signature Treatments that Stand Out
Among the many services offered, it’s Atiyah’s signature treatment that has captured the hearts of their clients.
This therapeutic service is unique to Atiyah — it originated in Boracay and was brought to Iloilo. It is tailored to meet the needs of clients, whether they seek relaxation or need to focus on specific stress points.
Commitment to Quality and Consistency
Maintaining high standards is non-negotiable at Atiyah Wellness and Spa. It underscored the importance of training and consistency across all levels of service.
This commitment to quality is what keeps clients coming back and what makes Atiyah stand out in a competitive industry.
Looking Ahead: Expansion and Innovation
As Atiyah Wellness and Spa celebrates this milestone, Miss Gie is already looking to the future.
“If it’s God’s will, we’re open to expanding. In the future, we’d like to add more VIP rooms, saunas, and new services. We’ll definitely push for that,” she shared.
The demand for Atiyah’s unique approach has even led to inquiries about franchising. However, Miss Gie is cautious, stating, “We’re not ready yet. Like I said, we’re maintaining Atiyah’s quality. So, if we do franchise, we’ll make sure that franchisees can deliver the same level of service we provide here.”
A Celebration of Success
As the Jaro branch celebrated its first anniversary, Miss Gie looked back with pride: “Every time we see our clients very satisfied with the service and experience when their massage sessions are finished — specifically when they will say that ‘I will be back for sure’ — it’s fulfilling.”
Being a massage enthusiast herself, she understands the significant role wellness plays in our lives, especially in today’s fast-paced world.
As they marked their first year in Iloilo, Atiyah Wellness and Spa has become a sanctuary for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. With their Boracay branch still thriving and plans for future expansion, the Atiyah team, under Miss Gie’s leadership, is committed to continuing their legacy of excellence.
The Jaro branch in Iloilo City stands proudly as a testament to their dedication, while their Mandurriao branch is temporarily closed for relocation, all in the name of offering even better service in the future. As they celebrate the first anniversary, Atiyah Wellness and Spa remains a serenity and quality in the wellness industry./PN
