Officials from MORE Electric and Power Corporation (MORE Power) lead a series of migration ceremonies across two Iloilo towns, marking key milestones in the utility’s provincial expansion. Highlighting the transition is the Pavia Municipal Hall, which became the first local government unit to officially switch to MORE Power on Oct. 26. Joining the shift are the Commission on Population and Development, alongside New Panay Agri-Ventures Development Inc., both in Pavia, and Egger Poultry Farm Incorporated in San Miguel, Iloilo.

“I am not satisfied that the case simply ended with the filing of charges and the posting of bail. These are minors who need intervention. They should be guided and rehabilitated to prevent them from becoming repeat offenders,” says Brigadier General Randulf Tuaño, Western Visayas police director, referring to the students recently caught with marijuana in Iloilo City.
