BACOLOD City – Police arrested the No. 8 most wanted fugitive in this city.
The 23-year-old Judy Ann Vinco was nabbed in his residence in Barangay Granada, a police report showed.
At around 7:40 p.m. on Jan. 21, officers of Police Station 5 served Vinco a warrant of arrest for the crime of human trafficking.
They took the suspect in custody. A P150,000 bail bond was recommended for her temporary liberty./PN
