BACOLOD City – The driver of a Rusi motorcycle that crashed against a preceding tricycle in Barangay Dulao, Bago City, Negros Occidental had died.
Eliseo Sedeno of Barangay Malingin, Bago City was taken to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital but was pronounced “dead on arrival” after the incident at around 7 p.m. on All Saints’ Day, police said.
Sedeno’s back rider, 20-year-old Willy Boy Loraino Canillas, was injured and brought to the same hospital.
Police were still trying to determine as of press time who should be held accountable for the incident./PN
