ILOILO City – After a year of hiding, the No. 5 most wanted person in Balasan, Iloilo was arrested in Cubao, Quezon City.
Arris Jeff Dolar, 28, was accused of raping a minor multiple times last year, police said.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Sunday.
The suspect was placed under the custody of the Quezon City police and set to be transferred in Iloilo next week.
His offense is nonbailable./PN
