ILOILO City – Under a bridge in Barangay Talokgangan, Banate, Iloilo a 26-year-old man was found dead.
Residents believed Jovie Bebing of Barangay Poblacion, Banate fell into the river and drowned.
He was likely inebriated and lost his balance, police said.
Bebing’s body was found around 6 a.m. on Saturday.
He was last seen alive on Friday night. He was already groggy from too much beer, witnesses told the police./PN
