ILOILO City – A suspect in an attempted homicide case was arrested at the Iloilo Airport.
Richard Dingcong was served with an arrest warrant for criminal case number R374-16 issued by Judge Alexis Zerrudo on Nov. 8, 2016.
Policemen caught Dingcong around 10 a.m. on Jan. 26.
He was initially taken to the Cabatuan police station but later transferred to Police Station 5 of the Iloilo City Police Office./PN
