BARON Geisler‘s wife, Jamie Evangelista, stirred online buzz after she seemingly urged the actor to seek “drug rehabilitation” through an Instagram comment.
The Geisler household seemed to be going through a rough patch after Evangelista left the intriguing comment on the actor’s recent joint Instagram post with an aesthetic clinic that posted a clip of the actor receiving a facial.
“Find a drug rehabilitation sponsor who can help you address the root cause of your problems. I doubt a facial can heal that,” wrote Evangelista.
The comment has now been deleted, but screenshots of it have circulated on social media as netizens speculated that Geisler, who previously admitted to his past substance abuse, may have had relapsed.
Aside from the viral comment, Evangelista also took to Instagram Story to tag Geisler in a series of quotes about “change” and “causing damage.”
“No one plays the victim better than the one who caused the damage,” read the quote. Evangelista tagged the actor’s Instagram account, writing, “Best actor [clapping hands emoji].”
“A person’s capacity to change their life is directly linked to how much truth they can face about themselves without running away,” read another quote, which Evangelista also tagged the actor.
As of writing, Geisler, who has also been candid about his addiction to drugs and alcohol, has not issued any statement addressing his wife’s latest remarks.
In July 2025, Geisler made headlines after he revealed there was an instance where he took drugs in a cubicle in ABS-CBN prior to performing for an audience.
At the time, the actor said he eventually asked for help from his siblings to enter a rehabilitation facility, which started his journey to recovery.
Geisler, who at the time also confessed he is still a “recovering alcoholic,” also clarified that most of the conflicts he got involved in after his stay in rehab were all “orchestrated” including the highly publicized fight with fellow actor Kiko Matos in 2016.
Meanwhile, Geisler and Evangelista tied the knot in 2019 and then welcomed their first child, Tali, in 2020.
