ILOILO City – A resident of Zone 2, Barrio Obrero, Lapuz district was arrested for allegedly attacking a neighbor.
The 31-year-old Jimdel Mamon was accused of punching Joel Delamar, 45, a police report showed.
Delamar told the police he was just passing by the house of Mamon when the latter – drunk – charged at and repeatedly punched him on the different parts of the body.
Mamon then grabbed an empty beer bottle and smashed it on the ground, the broken pieces hitting and causing scratches on Delamar’s left foot, the complainant said.
The incident happened at around 12:35 a.m. on April 22, stated the police report.
