BACOLOD City – Nine sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P18,400 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 29.
Residents Julie Anne Cuyoca, 35, and Rachel Sarroza, 31, yielded the prohibited substance, a police report showed.
Prior to their apprehension, the suspects allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P500.
Antidrug operatives of Police Station 1 staged the entrapment around 5:40 a.m. on Dec. 29.
Cuyoca and Sarroza were detained and charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
