BACOLOD City – A resident of Cadiz City, Negros Occidental was found dead on Tuesday morning in Barangay Minapasuk, Calatrava town.
The fatality, 49-year-old Ronald Barbon of Barangay Celestino Villacin, had multiple stab wounds on the stomach, police said.
According to initial investigation, Barbon was with his live-in partner, Elizabeth Perpetua on Monday evening when three unidentified men approached them.
The victim was reportedly taken away by the suspects while Perpetua was dragged home.
Police have yet to establish the motive in the killing./PN
