BACOLOD City – Plastic packs of suspected shabu were seized from a resident of Barangay Suba, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
A buy-bust operation led to the arrest of Andrew Jison Cueva.
Cueva already surrendered to the police as part of the knock-and-appeal stage of Oplan Double Barrel in July last year.
On Wednesday he yielded three plastic packs of suspected shabu, the P200 marked money, an improvised tooter, and other drug paraphernalia.
Detained in the Calatrava police station lockup cell, Cueva was charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
