BACOLOD City – He was listed as the No. 2 most wanted person in the municipal police station of Candoni, Negros Occidental.
The 48-year-old Fernando Valdevia of Purok 4, Barangay Caningay, Candonina was arrested in his residence around 9:25 a.m. on Tuesday, a police report showed.
Valdevia’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant for the crime of murder, it added.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporarily liberty./PN
