ILOILO – Property owners in this province can now pay their real property taxes (RPT) through the internet, thus avoiding the hassle of lining-up and waiting for hours just to complete their transactions.
Iloilo is now an official merchant of the government-owned Land Bank of the Philippines’ Electronic Payment Portal (ePP).
The ePP is an alternative payment channel that allows clients to pay for products and services offered by the government and private institutions via the internet.
The province of Iloilo is the first local government unit in Western Visayas to avail itself of electronic collection of real property taxes (RPT).
This will allow thousands of taxpayers to pay their RPT through https://epaymentportal.landbank.com or https://www.landbank.com anytime.
Property owners should follow the following steps upon entering LandBank’s secured webpage.
* Access https://www.landbank.com
* Click the log-in icon under the ePayment Portal
* Type the word Iloilo on the search bar and click the Province of Iloilo on the search result
* Click drop down menu and choose “Real Property Taxes’
* Follow on screen instruction and you will be able to pay your taxes in less than a minute, hassle-free.
Gov. Arthur Defensor Sr. said this will give convenience to taxpayers.

Greetings! I would like to follow up the payment I made last 08 March 2019 via Landbank ePP facility of RPT transaction to the Province of Iloilo, up to this date I have not received the official receipt on my email. I already sent an email follow up addressed to Land Bank of the Philippines customer service general email and cc Iloilo City Office of the City Treasurer but no one is responding on my query.
