CAPIZ – A 22-year-old male student died after the motorcycle he was driving crashed into a parked vehicle in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, Dumarao, Capiz.
The victim was identified as Czarton Cristobal, a resident of Barangay Salcedo in the said municipality.
According to the initial investigation conducted by the Dumarao Municipal Police Station, Cristobal reportedly lost control of his motorcycle, resulting in the incident at around 12:35 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10.
The Dumarao Emergency Response Team promptly responded to the scene and transferred the lad to Dao District Hospital for proper medical attention. However, the attending physician declared him dead upon arrival.
Meanwhile, the motorcycle has been placed in the custody of Dumarao police for appropriate disposition./PN
