BACOLOD City – Police nabbed a man facing a charge for violation of Chainsaw Act of 2002 in Barangay Robles, La Castellana, Negros Occidental.
Resident Randy Aldea, 47, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 7:40 a.m. on Aug. 5, police said.
Aldea’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Joseph Gedeoni of the Municipal Trial Court in La Castellana dated July 14, 2020.
The suspect was taken to the La Castellana municipal police sation.
The court recommended a P36,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
