ROXAS City – Police arrested a man in Barangay San Esteban, Pilar, Capiz.
Resident Rolando Andrade, 44, faces a charge for child abuse, a police report showed.
He was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant Wednesday morning, the report added.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Faustino Roxas Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 14 in this city dated Aug. 6.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Pilar municipal police station. The court recommended an P80,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
