ROXAS City – A senior citizen was hurt in a road accident in Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Panay, Capiz.
The 77-year-old Henry Billoso – resident of the village – sustained body injuries, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, Billoso was crossing the road when he got hit by a car driven by Romy Batay, 48, of Barangay Libay here Wednesday evening.
Billoso was brought by his relatives and Batay to the Bailan District Hospital in Panitan, Capiz for medical treatment./PN
