ILOILO City – A construction worker charged with murder was arrested in Barangay Andagao, Kalibo.
Ramil Abelita, 43, of Barangay New Buswang, Kalibo had been wanted for 21 years already, police said.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest on Dec. 18 before detaining him at their station’s custodial facility, a police report showed.
Judge Niovady Marin of the Regional Trial Court Branch 6 issued the warrant but did not recommend a bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
