ILOILO City – Charged with estafa, a 44-year-old resident of Barangay Tiza, Roxas City was arrested.
Officers served Arthur Dy a warrant of arrest at around 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 24 in Barangay 1, a police report showed.
The court recommended a P28,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.
Dy, who was identified in the police report as a businessman, was hauled to the custodial facility of the Roxas City police station./PN
