BACOLOD City – Police Station 1 is currently conducting an investigation on the “basag kotse” incident in St. Joseph Courtyard, Barangay 37.
On Wednesday, Mendrado Catoto, 26, a resident of Barangay Mandalagan, reported to police authorities that his car’s window was broken. His personal belongings, estimated to be around P10,000, were already missing.
