BACOLOD City – A man was arrested in Barangay 7, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
The 20-year-old Ryan Flores of the town’s Barangay Mansablay is facing qualified statutory rape by sexual assault charges, a police report showed.
Flores – listed as the No. 4 most wanted person of Isabela – was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 12:45 p.m. on March 6.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the municipal police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
