ILOILO City – A couple was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Balabag, Pavia, Iloilo.
Edjell Pauchano, 28, and live-in partner Lenie Guillergan, 37 – residents of Barangay Baldoza, La Paz district here – were taken to the Pavia police station on March 23.
According to the police, the suspects initially sold three sachets of suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P6,000.
Three more sachets of the prohibited substance were recovered from them.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed against the live-in partners./PN
