ILOILO City – Two cousins were arrested after one of them allegedly incited another to randomly punch people, a police report showed.
Robert Esclada, 20, and Lhian Bonn Esclada, 18, were detained at the Molo police station custodial facility.
The 22-year-old Jesus Echivere Jr. accused them of conspiring to attack him in Barangay South San Jose, Molo.
Robert told Lhian Bonn, “Biskan sin-o lang da nga lalaki sumbaga (Just randomly punch guys),” at around 9:10 p.m. on Sunday, Echivere told the police.
That was when Lhian Bonn swung at Echivere but the latter dodged the attack, the complainant said./PN
