ILOILO City – Two men, one of them an Agriculture department employee, were injured in a vehicular crash on Saturday in Barangay Parian, Sigma, Capiz.

Glenbert Linan, 27, a casual worker at the Agriculture department field office in Mambusao, and Benjie Solis, 25, of Barangay Bato Bato, Mambusao were confined at the Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital.

They were on board a motorcycle that collided into a passenger jeepney driven by Jose Rey Casugbo, 52, of Barangay Parian, Sigma at around 4:20 a.m., a police report showed.

Linan and Solis sustained injuries on their bodies while Casugbo was detained at the Sigma police station./PN
