ILOILO City – In Barangay San Roque, Jaro district, a drunken trisikad driver allegedly threatened his neighbor, a police report showed.
John Paul Suarnaba, 30, told the police Rey Ismael repeatedly banged their gate on Friday evening.
Ismael was “causing alarm and disturbance,” prompting Suarnaba to close the gate, the police report stated.
Ismael then shouted, “Guwa kamo di! Wala ko nahadlok sa inyo,” Suarnaba told the police.
Moreover, Suarnaba claimed that Ismael tried to hit him with a hard object but missed.
It was not immediately clear what Ismael was angry about. He cannot be reached for comment as of this writing. Police referred the case to the barangay lupon./PN
